                   2015-16 DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES  On 13 th  & 14 th  of  August,  2015 Departments  of Botany , zoology and Biotechnology Organised Biological Science  Exhibition. 200 exhibits were displayed on environmental issues, disease causing agents, water analysis, Seri culture, vermincompost, soil analysis, Kolleru lake model, Instruments & various live models Displayed.                                                                               On 28 th  August ,2015 Occasion of World Malaria/Mosquito Day Department of Zoology organised awareness programme in collaboration with Malaria Department, Health Department  and VMC displayed various models charts and larva...

2014-15 Departmental Activities 1.On 11 th   July 2014 - Dr. Anita Susan Head Department of Zoology and Vice Principal A.C College Guntur Delivered a guest lecture on Ornamental fish culture . 2. On 20 th  November 2014 – guest lecture on organic forming by Mrs. Saritha  SNS Organic Gardner, land Scapers, soil expert  and Garden Developer . 3. On 11 th  December  2014, Departments  of Zoology and Botany  conducted an Educational Tour  For III CBZ  Students to visit  Nagayalanka  mangroves forest.    

2013 – 2014       ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES & GUEST LECTURES The Department of Zoology, Maris Stella College organized a guest lecturer on “Trace elements in daily life” by Dr. SriKumar., Ph.D., Department of Physics, Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada on 27 th  November, 2013                         The Department of Zoology   organized programme on 31 st  November, 2013 .The programme    was arranged in view to educate the young girl to become aware of  HIV/AIDS  and its related issues and how to save their lives. Dr. V.
