                                            ACADEMIC YEAR 2013 – 2014
1. On January 18th 2014 the members of Department of   Zoology, Botany and Biotechnology Students of  III B.Sc., visited and Poultry Unit at Prathuru Vijayawada.


                                                                   
           ACADEMIC YEAR 2014 -15
A field trip was organized to Nagayalanka Mangrove forest for specimen collection      (Water, Planktons, and Shrimps) and visited poultry farm.          




   

ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-16
*    Dept. of Botany, Zoology and Biotechnology organized a Biological Tour to Eluru, on 30-11-15 to Multi End Sericulture Unit, Poultry Unit, Palm oil & Coconut oil Industries.





ACADEMIC YEAR 2016 – 2017
 25th January 2016, organised biological tour with Botany Department to visit and have personal experience on Poultry farm (Prathuru), Birds Sanctuary (Uppalapadu), Animal Husbandry and Agricultural University(Lam), Guntur .

On 29/1/2018 Students of III B.Sc. CBZ, visited Nagarjuna hospitals kanuru Vijayawada.

2013 – 2014       ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES & GUEST LECTURES The Department of Zoology, Maris Stella College organized a guest lecturer on “Trace elements in daily life” by Dr. SriKumar., Ph.D., Department of Physics, Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada on 27 th  November, 2013                         The Department of Zoology   organized programme on 31 st  November, 2013 .The programme    was arranged in view to educate the young girl to become aware of  HIV/AIDS  and its related issues and how to save their lives. Dr. V. AWARDS   2019 November,25 th , P.Nitya Jeeva Prada on P.D., degree was awarded to Mrs. Ph- ANTI &VANTIDIABETIC, MS PHYSIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS –GC on DIOSPYROS ACTIVITY OF INFLAMATORY BAKH LEAF EXTRACT UNDER THE SUPERVISION (WILLD) FERREA. Faculty of natural – former dean, Prof. Vishnuvardhan .Z., Acharya Nagarjuna University.   Papers presented and published at conferences and seminars   Dr. N. Baratha Jyothi,G.Sravani and  Dr.K.Sunita  presented a paper on  “REPORT ON MORTALITY CASES OF CHILDREN ATTENDEES OF GOVERNMENT GENERAL HOSPITAL, VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA” on 26 th  and 27 th  September, 2019.
